Today Institute of Malaysian & International Studies (IKMAS) of Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia hosted a roundtable event dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Khojaly genocide. Our Embassy extends its gratitude to Prof.Dr. Sufian Jusoh, Director of IKMAS for hosting this gathering, and Dr. Mohd Shaiful Ramze Endut from IKMAS for his kind assistance.
Also, our Embassy highly appreciates Dr. Anthony Roy Rogers’s (Universiti Malaya) enlightening academic report titled “Khojaly: In the Light of International Law and Politics” that was presented in the event.
